Who doesn't like a good happy hour? Good food, great drinks, and even better prices-all while getting to catch up with your friends and loved ones? Happy hours are my jam, so it's only fitting that I put together a list of some of the best spots in the Foothill Communities that have an excellent happy hour.
Sycamore Inn - Dine in the bar or on the patio outside and get excellent service, a great menu to select from, and discounted appetizers as well as 1/2 price specialty cocktails and wines by the glass. The Sycamore Inn has phenomenal cocktails and the best selection of wines that I have seen in a long time. This place is a regular spot that my hubby and I frequent.
Chase's Restaurant - Another amazing spot that we often frequent. Great food and service and the drinks are fantastic. Chase's offers a fantastic array of options for appetizers like chicken skewers and loaded duck fries, unique cocktails, a large beer selection, and of course my favorite a nice wine selection as well! The best part, the atmosphere of this place is bar none. If you haven't been to Chase's you need to add this one to your list.
The Whisper House - This speak-easy style Claremont gem has hand-crafted cocktails, great food and is well located in the Claremont Village. The wait is never bad, and the service is always great. Definitely worth giving this one a try!
Zendejas Mexican Grill - With an extensive happy hour menu, you are sure to find something that satisfies your appetite! Zendejas offers a fair variety of appetizers along with margaritas, beers on tap or in the bottle along with wines by the glass at a discounted rate.
Viva Madrid - Ok, ok, this one technically shouldn't be on the list because there is no happy hour, but who can pass up the BEST sangria's EVER and the most AMAZING tapas?! I mean, this place is Heaven on Earth!
